Package Deal for Private Parties

**CONTRACT**
 
Your approval to reserve a party and all orders based on following price list is final and there shall be no refunds. Party host is hereby agreed to all house conditions and this is a binding contract between party host and Fantasia Billiards: all faxes and copies shall be deemed as originals. Fantasia shall stop serving to those guests who are excessively intoxicated at its own discretion and shall stop serving alcohol 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the party.
If there should be any changes or adjustment of any kind to the party during the time of the party, it shall be Fantasia’s sole consent to do so. Party host shall be responsible for all damages and their guests. There shall be no other format or amendment to this contract.

Pool Tables:
Pool table package deal per table $8.00 Per hour.
Sales Tax and Gratuity :
8.25 % sales tax will be added to food and drink orders only.
17 % gratuity will be applied to food and drink orders only.
Cancellations must be notified 3 days prior to the scheduled party time in writing, fax, or e-mail.
Full charges shall be applied if cancellation notice is not received on time.
All events require a non-refundable 25 % deposit.
No full private party will be scheduled after 6 :00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
