Dear renters,
1.$ 25.00 minimum charges per hour up to 12 guests.
2. $ 2.00 charge per person above 12 guests.
3. Responsible for all damages and repair costs for faire
Market value.
4. Shall respect all of the house rules and condition, i.e.
No smoking loudness, consumption of alcoholic beverages and food
outside Fantasia as well as limited privacy.
Renters shall agree to the above conditions for the Velvet Private
Room.
