CONTRACT |
|
|
|
This Binding Contract is between Fantasia
Billiards Inc. and Party Director or Partier. |
|
Your approval to reserve a party and all orders
based on following price list is final and there shall be no refunds.
|
|
All faxes, copies and e-mails shall be deemed as
original. Partier is hereby agreed to all house conditions. |
|
Fantasia shall stop serving to those guests who
are intoxicated for their safety at its own discretion and shall stop
serving food one hour and alcohol 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end
of the party. Pricing are based on 3.5 hours event, for each additional
1/2 hour a quarter of the total contract amount will be added to the
total price. If there should be any changes or adjustment of any kind to
the party during the time of the party, it shall be Fantasia's sole
consent to do so. |

The company or partier shall be responsible for
damages and their guests. There shall be no other amendment or format to
this contract. |

No full private party will be scheduled after 6:0
pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. |
